Coygo Update 4-22-19 Layout Redesign
If this is your first time hearing about Coygo, it’s a downloadable desktop application for Windows, Mac and Linux that allows cryptocurrency traders to connect all of their exchange accounts to have a single, secure interface to track account balances, submit trades, execute transfers between accounts, and lots more. Unlike most other solutions, your API credentials are onlystored securely on your machine, we never have access to your funds or accounts. All trades and transfers are submitted directly from your machine, our servers never touch your accounts or account credentials.

Separate Trade and Transfer screens
Trade and transfer separated into their own screens
Coygo has changed quite a bit over the past few months. We have added significant amounts of new functionality to better solve the problems that digital asset traders have in their day-to-day operations. As we have added new features and changed existing ones, the layout and design of the application hasn’t always been changed to better fit these new solutions. Today we are happy to announce that we have taken to time to rethink the experience of interacting with Coygo and have made some changes that ourdaily users will surely appreciate.
The trade and transfer interfaces have been separated into their own screens. Originally the Portfolio Overview, Transfer and Trade interfaces were all on the same screen. As their functionalities have increased they have started to take up more space leading to a cluttered UI, now they each live in their own respective tabs in the top navigation bar.
Transfer interface separated on its own screen
Portfolio is now the main screen
When you log into the application you previously were shown the “Home” tab which had the Trade and Transfer interfaces. There is now no “Home” tab, -snapshotand when you log in the first screen you are shown is the Portfolio interface. This lets you quickly assess how your holdings are performing and what your overall buying power across all exchanges is. This is information that traders always want to know when starting to trade so we have brought it front and center, and we plan to add more valuable information to this screen over time.

Poloniex fix for failing to load updated transactions data
As with every release, this also includes a list of more minor changes and improvements to the application’s experience and stability. The most significant of these changes is that we have fixed a bug which would sometimes cause Poloniex data to fail to load with an error message “None must be greater than X”. This was due to how we were supplying the Poloniex API with a unique nonce in each request, and should no longer occur with this new release.
Thanks for catching up
Thanks for keeping up with Coygo’s development! We will continue to share our progress as we gather feedback from our users and improve the application to provide the absolute best experience for digital assets traders with accounts on multiple exchanges.
